Band Drop-sheet Mural

In early 2022, I had the privilege of being approached by a local band to bring their music to life through art. They wanted a vibrant and energetic backdrop to accompany their performances on tour, and I was tasked with designing and creating a cartoon-style mural. Taking inspiration from their fun-loving music style, I crafted three characters that represented each band member, with the main character embodying one of their favorite Australian birds. Practicality was also a crucial consideration, as the mural needed to be portable and easily transported. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore the diverse ways in which murals can be displayed, including the option of mounting them on canvas rolls.
